EASY CROCHET AFGHAN

Tuesday, December 22, 2015

Christmas is almost here!!! I cannot wait! Holidays are much more exciting with little kids. They remind me what's really important and to be excited about the little things! So I wanted to take a break from making videos during the holidays to spend more time with my kids and I found an afghan I started 2 YEARS AGO! How horrible is that?! I seriously only needed to make like 16 more rows. So I decided to finish it while we watched a Christmas movie...SO happy it's out of my box of unfinished projects, and also because it is freezing here and we need another blanket to cuddle up with! My mother in law has this afghan at her house and I LOVED hers so much I wanted to have one of my own, just a different color :) So this is what we came up with for the pattern:

Materials:

Using 3 strands, ch 100, turn
Set up Row: sc in each chain, ch 1, turn.
All Rows: *sc in every front loop, ch 1, turn* Repeat this row until the afghan is your desired width.
Finishing: My mother in law has tassels at the end of her afghan which I love but I just sc around my afghan.

SO easy right?! Click here for the video tutorial!!!
