Easy Fair Isle Tam
Wednesday, October 29, 2014I probably shouldn't admit this, but this was my first time to do fair isle! Every time I would see a fair isle pattern, I would look at it in admiration and think, "I'll never be able to make that, fair isle is for knitters who've been knitting for decades!"
Well, when I posted this photo on my Facebook page, almost all of you voted for me to make a video tutorial of it. I was like, "Oh no, what did I get myself into!" But then I decided to give it a try, and it was EASY! I don't know what I was so afraid of! If you're like me and are hesitant to try fair isle, start with this pattern! It's an easy pattern that looks very complicated and you will get lots of compliments on it :)

Materials Needed:
- Lion Brand Heartland-Acadia & Mammoth Cave
- Size US 7&8 DPNs and/or circular needles(16" and 29" for magic loop method)
- Stitch Marker
- Tapestry needle to weave ends

I am SO thankful to you for making this video! I just learned to knit a couple of weeks ago, and all I had made so far were dishcloths. But after watching your video, I decided to jump right in a try it. I DID IT! YAY!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. :)
